Members of Parliament continue to go through the fine print of the government's bid to rewrite Canada's prostitution laws with another full day of testimony in Ottawa from legal experts, academics and activists attending the public hearings.

It's the third day of the hearings that began Monday before the House of Commons justice committee as it examines Bill C-36.

The committee will also go behind closed doors for a 30-minute in-camera discussion with York Regional Police vice and drugs Det. Thai Truong.

Later Tuesday morning, a loose-knit coalition of groups that have come out in support the proposed bill will hold a press conference to reiterate their views.
